Following this operation, the National Court judge sent to prison 31 of the 35 suspected members of Segi, accused of terrorist integration.

Legal sources have indicated that the detention of Bakedano, who remains detained in the premises of the Civil Guard, is related to the operation carried out last week against the outlawed organization.

Following this operation, the National Court judge sent to prison 31 of the 35 suspected members of Segi, accused of terrorist integration.

In the order issued last Saturday, Marlaska Bakedano cited as one of the highest governing body members of Segi with Jon Telleria, Gaizka Likona, Ibai Esteibarlanda, Carlos Renedo, Iratí Mugica, Olatz Izaguirre and Juan Velez de Mendizabal Anda. He adds that Bakedano is the spokesman of the organizations.
