A recent press release by Agfa HealthCare, a leading provider of IT-enabled diagnostic imaging solutions for the healthcare industry announced it has signed a pact with a private Catalonia based radiology group, CETIR Group, to install its IMPAX PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System. CETIR is one of Spainʼs leading providers of Radiology services and the company is based in Barcelona. The CETIR radiology group is known for its specialization in Nuclear Medicine and Imaging Diagnostics. This recent agreement is valid for five years and will include a co-op in reference and testing in hopes of future medical advancements.

Agfa HealthCare has provided the latest technology in IT, which has enabled a highly efficient workflow that exactly fits CETIRʼs very particular needs according to one CETIR spokesperson commenting on the recent signing.
