“The summer is yours" | A total of 8,100 boys and girls of between 5 and 16 years of age, 572 more than last year, will take part this year in the "The summer is yours" programme organised by the Youth Council through TUJUCA (Turisme Juvenil de Catalunya).

Through the National Network of Social Youth Hostels of Catalonia (XANASCAT), the "The summer is yours" program organizes stays for girls and boys for fun and for learning in a different way through the holidays.

There are five types of stays: language courses, sports camps, combined courses (English and adventure sports), music courses and computers. The courses most in demand are the language stays, which represent two out of every three registered students.
