The 3-bed, 3-bath detached villa with private pool, frontline on La Finca Golf, the Costa Blanca’s finest course, was offered for EUR 360,000, distressed discounted from EUR 850,000 for a quick sale.
Golf fanatics booking their flights and clubs to secure the best golf villa deal of the year missed out when it sold within three days of being listed on the Google-ranked best source of Spanish property bargains website.
The 3-bed, 3-bath detached villa with private pool, frontline on La Finca Golf, the Costa Blanca’s finest course, was offered for EUR 360,000, distressed discounted from EUR 850,000 for a quick sale. The deal included a separate 3-bed apartment, furniture and appliances in both properties and the use of a communal swimming pool on the gated development.
Property manager, Mar Walcott said: “We had buyers booking their flights and one saying he was ready to sign on the dotted line before even getting there. The lucky buyer moved quicker and paid the deposit when the banks opened next day.
“We have genuine Spanish bank repossessions and similar distressed property for sale all over Spain at prices reduced by up to 50% and guaranteed mortgages to 90% of the asking price. The very best deals go first and we urge our buyers to secure their earliest possible flights to secure the bargains.”
Staff at http://www.propertyinspain.net recalled an earlier rapid sale that took only one day longer – the EUR 1M 500 year-old finca home of Christopher Columbus that was snapped up by a UK media mogul who biked the 10% deposit round to the website’s London bank to secure the deal, flying out three days later to marvel at the Mallorca finca that incorporated hillside caves inhabited for 3,000 years and a Roman tin mine.
Search engines, Google and Bing rank the website as the leading source for Spanish bank repossessions and property bargains in all parts of mainland Spain, Mallorca and Ibiza.
