Svend Aage Bek | Denmark | 7th March 06 - Chupa Chups
Chupa Chups in a panic? Now their minds are giving way at the whole management of Chupa Chups. This big multinational company from BCN that does not want to pay its sub-suppliers. Among others, the Danish Svend Aage Bek who has earlier protested here in BCN against Chupa Chups’ lacking morality and ethics in the matter of a Danish company’s outstanding accounts of 140,000.00 Euro.
So now, in connection with the international candy exhibition (ISM) in Cologne Chupa Chups has, 14 days before the exhibition, sent Spanish detectives to Guderup where I live and here they together with Danish detectives make surveillance of my private life day and night. The photos of the two Spanish detectives prove this.
On Saturday 28 January in Cologne, the same detectives tried to threaten me with all sorts of misfortunes if I would not leave Cologne. Among other things, they tried to convince the German police to arrest me. But of course, they refused. On Sunday 29 January, the same two persons tried to get me arrested, by provoking me, which the police also refused.
As they could not make me leave the exhibition by use of threats and violence, they tried with cunning and false speech. Chupa Chups hereafter sent their executive manager of their legal department (Francisco Fernandez) to Cologne for reportedly to arrive at a compromise. They offered me a compromise so we quickly had to go to Copenhagen to prepare the papers they told. They even paid my flight ticket from Cologne to Copenhagen where we had an agreement with our lawyer on 31 January at 12:00.
We waited for the gentlemen from Chupa Chups for a whole hour. Hereafter we found out that they had already left again in the morning. Thus, they obtained to hold me away from the exhibition in 2 days, but on 1 February, the last day, I was back in Cologne.
This shows clearly shows that “the big company” Chupa Chups sticks at nothing to avoid paying their bill. On the other hand, it apparently does not matter that they spend thousands of Euro on letting other people make the dirty job.
I will of course continue with unveiling Chupa Chups lacking morality and ethics. |
