Svend Aage Bek | Denmark | 8th November 05 - Open letter to Spanish members of the EU Parliament

Open letter to all Spanish members of the EU Parliament [concerning a dispute with the Barcelona-based company Chupa Chups and the integrity of an appointed lawyer]

I, Svend Aage Bek from Denmark, am writing to you to get your view on the incident which I experienced in Spain.

The incident is described below [click on doc images shown right (in Spanish)].

Somehow I feel there is a lack of safety in your justice system - shouldn't there be common rules within EU?

EU is in many ways preaching freedom and democracy to many countries around the world - wouldn't it be fair to assure that we have our own member states governing by similar rules among all member states?

I am sure, that it must be in your interest - as representatives of Spain - that your country stands as a good example as a modern democratic society.

I am hoping for your positive response.

Best regards.

Svend Aage Bek
