300 Nudes Parade In Tarragona To Celebrate Correfoc

A 'correfoc' nudist groups organized by the 'devil' of Llorenç del Penedès (Tarragona) today brought together over 300 people who stripped off, the organization reported.
Marti Giralt, a member of the organization, said 'correfoc' is the continuation of a group who printed a nudist calendar two years ago to raise funds and celebrate the twenty fifth anniversary of the organization.

Marti said the experience was so good that they wanted to repeat it with other events. Moreover, the association took advantage of the controversy over the European Directive on fireworks to claim that this tradition is not dangerous even though we are " practically naked."
The European Directive regulates the safety, conduct and development of shows and parties with fire and fireworks and must be transposed into Spanish law by 4 January 2010.
