Therefore, the vice president, defined as "realistic" and not optimistic "that Spain can create new jobs in the last months of 2010. "This is what is happening in all European countries" she added. Salgado also opted to change the road tax to differentiate between more or less polluting vehicles, as happens with the car tax.
Regarding the perspective of the end of the crisis, Salgado said that Spain has "potential" to "begin to have positive growth in early 2010. It is our best estimate," she said.
