Iberdrola Renovables offer employees option to receive part of their annual remuneration in shares

The maximum number of shares to be received by each employee will be that of 12,000 euros divided between the closing trading price of Iberdrola Renovables title for the trading session for the date of payment of variable compensation.

The delivery of these actions will take place between February and March this year, the company reported today to the Commission Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), while stressed that the transfer of securities to employees is part of the general remuneration policy.

The maximum number of shares to be received by each employee will be that of 12,000 euros divided between the closing trading price of Iberdrola Renovables title for the trading session for the date of payment of variable compensation.

The share plan covers all employees resident in Spain and Spanish subsidiaries of Iberdrola Renovables 100% owned by the company, who, on a voluntary basis, can choose to receive a portion of their variable compensation in money or in shares of Iberdrola Renovables (at least 25% and maximum 100%).

In this way, it facilitates the objective of increasing the participation of employees and executives in the shareholding of the company.
