Last week no snow for skiing today heavy snow fall shut roads in the Lleida Pyrenees.

Heavy snow fell yesterday in the Lleida Pyrenees and forced the closure of several roads from Viella Bonaigua and the sudden fall required drivers to use chains on three roads in the area.

As reported by the Catalan Traffic Service, the C-28 access to Bonaigua port was closed yesterday afternoon, while it is necessary to use chains to get to Pla de Beret by C-142b, and the C-28 as it passes through Baqueira Beret and access to the Port of Bonaigua in Àneu Alt.

The presence of snow and ice on the N-230 at the height of Vielha e Mijaran prevented some vehicles from continuing their journey.
