The house has 5 double bedrooms and 4 baths, a dining room of 40 square meters, kitchen, laundry, large garden, outdoor pool and several terraces. The house is located near the beach. Marbella, boasts the second home with the highest price in the country.

This is a house of 1,106 square feet with 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The third most expensive, 8.8 million, is in Palma de Mallorca and is a collection of cottages located 1,000 meters on a plot of 2654 meters square. At the other extreme, the Spain's cheapest house costs only 17,800 euros.

The building, a ground floor flat, in need of total renivation, is located in the town of Mieres, 30 km from Oviedo. This is a house of 35 square meters with one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and a terrain of hundred yards. For a mere 18,000 in Badajoz a small house of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. The third 'bargain' of the country is at about 14 km from Logroño. Its price is 20,000 and it is a village house of 37 square meters spread over 3 floors. The interior of the house, which needs an overhaul, has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.
