Spain’s new austere budget will affect dozens of infrastructure improvements’ according to Jose Blanco
The Strategic Infrastructure and Transport plan 2005-2020 "can not continue" according to the austerity program recently approved by the Government, announced the head of the department, Jose Blanco.

The TISP was launched in 2005 with a total investment of 250,000 million euros in infrastructure spending until 2020 to, among other objectives, build 9,000 new miles of TGV and 6,000 kilometres of high-capacity roads.
